Alexandria, LA - In a one-sided matchup, Central Baptist (AR) showcased their dominance against Dillard University in their seaons opener since revitizing the program that went on hiatus in 2010.
Dillard's offense struggled to find any rhythm against Central Baptist's dominant pitching. They managed only two hits throughout the game, with T. Okedele and R. Williams each recording one hit. The team's pitchers, Okedele, P. Bevan, and M. Landry, had a tough time containing Central Baptist's explosive lineup, giving up a total of 26 runs.
