K'Mon Washington has achieved a remarkable feat by breaking the school record in the 8k, previously held by Joshun Noel (29:03.50), clocking in an impressive time of 28:42.20. This accomplishment not only showcases K'Mon's exceptional running ability but also highlights his dedication and hardwork to be the best.
Freshman Kydell Miner also stood out during the race, achieving a personal best time of 31:21.10. This impressive performance demonstrates Kydell's potential and growth as a runner. His hard work in training is paying off, and setting a season best is a testament to his focus and determination.
Khel Arvie and Markel Myles showed commendable efforts, finishing the race in 31:37.80 and 31:50.60, respectively.
