Nichole Saverino, a military child, comes to Dillard University as an Athletic Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach for the 3rd year through the Ochsner Sports Medicine's department. She graduated from Louisiana College with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. While at LC, Nichole competed in soccer where she led the team as captain for 3 of the 4 years. She then went on to pursue and obtain a Master of Science in Athletic Administration from Mississippi College while working as a graduate assistant athletic trainer for MC's men's soccer, women's basketball, and track teams. In 2008, Nichole began her professional career as Head Athletic Trainer for the Houston Energy Women's Professional Football team before moving to New Orleans to accept a position from Ochsner Sports Medicine. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work beside NFL athletes, LAFL athletes, and cover the WNBA Combine.  Nichole was also a guest speaker at the New Orleans Saint's Athletic Training Symposium. She is currently married and has two spoiled dogs Bailey and Ellie.
