Step 1:  Go to www.dillard.edu and click on MAKE A GIFT at top right of page

Step 2:  Complete registration information and click on continue

Step 3:  Click on the Designation box and select the Billy Ray Hobley Scholarship Fund

Step 4:  Complete donation information and payment information. Once you have entered all of the donation and payment information, click on Proceed to Verification
