(New Orleans, La.)  The Bleu Devils shot a total of three free throws in its 75-52 loss to the Xavier Gold Rush at the Convocation Center in the first round of the 2015 Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Men's Basketball tourney.  With the loss, Dillard is eliminated from the GCAC tourney.

As a team the Bleu Devils (5-25, 3-11 GCAC) shot 42 percent from the field while the Gold Rush (23-8, 11-3 GCAC) shot an astounhding 63 percent on its home floor.  Xavier is currently ranked number 18 in the entire NAIA.

Sophomore Kristopher Allmon (SO/Baton Rouge, LA) was the high man for Dillard with 14 points on 5-of-10 shooting from the field as he buried 4-of-8 shots from behind the arc.  Freshman Marcel Daniels (FR/New Orleans, LA) had a solid game for DU with 10 points, shooting 4-for-8 from the field.  Daniels nailed two 3-pointers in the loss.

Senior Roland Szabo (SR/Sopron, Hungary) played his last game in a Bleu Devil uniform and finished with three points and two assists for Dillard.

DU ends the season on a four-game losing streak, including its last two losses at the hands of the Xavier Gold Rush.
