Sophomore Darius Neely finished seventh out of 35 runners in the Men's 100 Meter Dash at the recent McNeese Cowboy Relays on the campus of McNeese State University.  He crossed the finish line with a time of 10.75 which is a personal best.

However, Dillard University's Men's 4x400 Meter Relay Team just missed the mark to qualify for nationals.  The team, comprised of juniors Matthew Jones and Emory Nash, and also sophomores Kermit Buggage and Jevonte Ezzard, posted a time of 3:17.80, but needed a 3:17 flat to qualify for nationals.

Also participating in the Men's 100, Buggage finished in tenth place, posting a time of 10.91 which is also a personal best, and Ezzard finished in twelfth place behind his teammates Neely and Buggage, posting a time of 11.09.  The Men's 100 Meter Dash was the only open event on the day.

In the Men's 110 Meter Hurdles, senior Runell King finished in twelfth place with a time of 16.05, and teammate sophomore Sean Wilson finished moments later in thirteenth place with a time of 16.25.
