The shopping adventure took place on December 4, 2008, at Target , in the Clearview Shopping Center, in Metairie. Funding for each child was provided by Deuce McAllister's Catch 22 foundation.  This is the third year that Dillard athletics has participated in this community service event.  "Servant Leadership is one of the core values of our athletics program," said Athletic Director, Kiki Barnes, " we are glad to  team up the foundation and the other local universities that participate."
